Stockton Men's Shed

The Shed is open to everyone over 18 who lives in the local community. Since we created our google page in February we have had 878 page views and we have not yet begun to promote this project. We think this shows a pronounced need for the project.
We are building a woodworking workshop and we have access to a large garden space.. The allotment will provide people with the chance to be in nature and learn how to grow fruit and vegetables. Many studies have shown that this type of project helps combat social isolation and promotes wellbeing.
