These guidelines apply to all users of the CommuniTees platform, including but not limited to:

  • Community Leaders
  • Facilitators
  • Volunteers
  • Event Organisers
  • Workshop Instructors
  • Members
  • Visitors

General Conduct

  1. Respect: Treat all members with dignity and respect. Discrimination, harassment, or hate speech will not be tolerated.
  2. Relevance: Ensure that all content you post is relevant to the community and the specific section where it is posted.
  3. Accuracy: Make sure that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
  4. Privacy: Do not share personal information of others without their explicit consent.
  5. Spam: Spamming or posting promotional content without permission is prohibited.
  6. Intellectual Property: Only post content that you have the right to share. Respect copyrights, trademarks, and other legal rights.

Content Removal Process

If you come across content that violates these guidelines or is otherwise inappropriate, you can report it to us for review. As we are manned by volunteers, we’ll do our best to address the issue promptly, but please allow up to 48 hours for action to be taken.

To report content:

  2. Contact us directly via the ‘Contact Us’ page, providing details of the content and why you believe it should be removed.
